CANADA
We offer a $10 flat rate shipping fee on all orders shipping within Canada. Orders are tracked and shipped expedited via Canada Post delivery. Please allow 1-6 business days for delivery of your purchase, not including order processing time.

UNITED STATES
We offer tracked shipping to the USA via Canada Post, fees are based on weight and are calculated at checkout. Please allow 4-8 business days for delivery of your purchase, not including order processing time.

INTERNATIONAL
We offer international air shipping to all other countries. Orders ship via Canada Post and fees are based on weight and are calculated at checkout. Orders are not tracked at this time although we hope to add tracked options in the future. Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery of your purchase, not including order processing time.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP
We offer free contactless local pickup at King and Spencer in Parkdale, Toronto.
If you wish to pick up your purchase at this location, we will send you an email when your order is ready to coordinate a date and time.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Please allow 1-4 business days processing time prior to shipment of your order.
You will receive a notification when your purchase has been processed and shipped.

RETURNS
We accept returns on unopened products, within 14 days of purchase. Audrey Electra does not assume any expenses relating to returns, including return shipping fees or customs fees associated with returned products, these are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact info@audreyelectra.com prior to returning an item for further detailed instructions.
